Custom India

Discover Delhi, see the sacred bathing ghats on the Ganges, taste tea in Darjeeling, track tigers in Assam – India offers travel adventures unmatched in the world.

Trip Overview
  • Explore the palaces, forts, tombs and temples of the Mughals and Maharajahs
  • Safari by camel through the dunes of Rajasthan or on elephant back in Assam
  • Taste tea in Darjeeling, gaze on the Ganges, and watch the sun rise over the Taj Majal

India is arguably the planet’s most multi-dimensional country. The subcontinent is home to more than a billion people, with a history stretching back millennia. India’s myriad of cultures, colors, vistas, sounds and aromas is most seductive, earning its stature as a legendary travel destination. Few countries offer the span of geographic and social diversity India does. From the snowy Himalayas and lush tea plantations of Darjeeling to the sand dunes of Rajasthan, from the sun-soaked beaches of Goa to tropical Kerala, India holds a dizzying collection of settings to explore. But its human dimensions are, if anything, even more captivating. Modern cities and ancient villages alike are chockablock with exuberant festivals, ornate temples and the daily life of commerce in open-air bazaars. Travel in India oscillates between the sensory overload of urban life to tranquil backwaters for escape and contemplation, in any combination that suits a traveler’s personal desires.
