Cruise the Mekong River, discover French colonial Hanoi, safari on elephant back in the hills of Thailand – your adventure is limited only by your imagination.
Trip Overview

- Journey down the Mekong, “Mother River” of spirit and legend, the traditional lifeline of Southeast Asia.
- Enjoy enticing dining and shopping in sophisticated capitals as well as rural villages where handcrafts thrive.
Southeast Asia is a lush adventure for the senses. From mountains draped in jungle to palm-fringed beaches and emerald rice paddies drenched by the monsoon, the land flourishes in steam and heat. Through it, the great river artery of the Mekong courses its way from the Tibetan Plateau to the South China Sea. Here where Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia come together, Indian and Chinese cultures have melded over centuries to create a human montage as vivid as the natural backdrop. Long known as Indochina, and still bearing vestiges of the French colonial era, these three nations – with adjacent Thailand – comprise a legendary travel destination. Rich in history, architecture, cuisine and spirit, Indochina still feels like a page from a Somerset Maugham novel, and you’re invited to read further.
